The U.S. Office of Special Counsel, which is supposed to be an independent federal agency, has launched an investigation into Jack Smith over an alleged violation of the Hatch Act, a law that bars certain political activities by government officials. Republican Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR), who requested that the OSC look into Smith for, quote, "unprecedented interference in the 2024 election." - Aired on 08/03/2025.

Both Merrick Garland and Jack Smith shuffled around like people who were still trying to pass the Bar exam for the fifth time.

See what the republicans are doing in six months? They’re throwing fast balls at every F’ing thing! Every Day.

Wake up Dems! As Governor Newsom says : “ fight fire with fire”.
