'Openly thirsty for a Nobel Peace Prize': What's Trump's real goal with Putin? - The 11th Hour - MSNBC

On the eve of Trump's meeting with Putin in Alaska, both sides seem to be downplaying expectations - so what does a victory look like for the Trump White House? Plus - as Trump's takeover of Washington D.C. takes shape, he and his allies are ramping up talk of expanding it and rolling it out to other major cities. Trump is totally delusional that he can even be considered.
