Where are our legal experts here, is there any process that Gestapo I mean department of justice can do to put someone on trial without getting an independent grand jury to do the indictment, and how in the world did they get a grand jury to agree that this person who did nothing wrong did something wrong?

So now who will she try to convince - another jury or an experienced judge?? Another huge waste of time and money, let alone that Comey will have to hire his own lawyer. Of course, there's his own daughter who TFG put out of a job, though she's one of the most experienced prosecutors we have...

I was training some attorneys who were going to do voter protection at a downtown law firm when the first letter came out. One of my firm's associates was taking this course and was making a funny face during my class. Later I was shocked to hear what Comey did in that it was a DOJ cardinal rule that you take no steps close to an election.
