My first thought was what they're going to do with the massive amount of food intended to feed hundreds. I sure hope that they donate it to a food bank or homeless shelters...

If this was all faked, I wonder how much of this has to do with giving a boost to the republicans in the upcoming gubernatorial election in California—they actually stand a chance to win because there are so many Democratic candidates, and only a couple GOP (most votes wins), and Newsom (our current very popular governor) hasn't backed any of the Dem candidates yet. I'm guessing because he's thinking of his chances of U.S. President.

But then the felon-in-chief was unusually congenial when he held his press briefing afterwards. And then it dawned on me that this could have been a plug for his self-obsessed and now prohibited ballroom which he mentioned during his briefing was designed to be impervious to any danger of those inside. I sure hope we find out...
