It wasn't Obama's agreement, it was multinational with international backing. The IOC could randomly inspect Iran's nuclear sites.

Only 1.7 billion dollars of Iran's own money was unfrozen, Iran is demanding 324 billion dollars.

Iran plans on charging fees to travel through Hormuz.

Krasnov has made Iran relevant on the world stage, while diminishing US relevance.
