I've run the numbers. Here's how much Trump has cost America (so far) - CNN

Trump won in 2024 promising lower prices, no new wars, and an end to inflation. It hasn't quite worked out that way. CNN's chief data analyst Harry Enten examines how Trump's tariffs, the war in Iran, and a downturn in international tourism, have cost American households billions of dollars.

$373 billion ($2700+ per household). Plus the national debt is soaring. All campaign ads against Republicans should focus on the juxtaposition of gold-plated bullcrap with real life consequences for most Americans.... including these numbers

Personal note: This guy kind of annoyed me for some reason.....with a Rubio-esque drink break thrown in 🤷‍♂️. I think it was the hand the slapping. Maybe I'm just tired and cranky.

The bill won't just be dollars and cents.

The cost will be our health, our welfare, our happiness, our integrity, our security, our honor, our legacy, the soul of our nation.

Capitalism ensures that the richest people have the most power, self-selecting the greedy, the power-hungry, the sociopaths, the narcissists.

They will chase their desires with nary a care for what it costs the rest of the world. They will take from us until there is no more blood in our bodies or hope in our souls, and they will still be furious they cannot take even more.
