U.S. Attorney FIRED in LESS THAN 24 HOURS by Trump DOJ - Legal AF
It might be the shortest U.S. Attorney tenure in United States history. Just hours after his appointment in the Northern District of New York, U.S. Attorney Donald Kinsella was told by Donald Trump's criminal defense attorney turned Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche: "You are fired."
The problem? Kinsella, a highly experienced attorney and former prosecutor, was not Trump's inexperienced loyalist John Sarcone, who was disqualified from leading that district during his failed attempt to politically prosecute New York Attorney General Letitia James.
