Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed hope that the U.S. understands the consequences of potentially halting defense packages for Ukraine through the PURL program amid the prolonged conflict in the Middle East. "I hope that, American president understands all the difficulties if they will decide to stop or something like this," said Zelenskyy at a joint press-conference with Norway's Jonas Gahr Støre in Oslo. "I can tell you that we, together with leading partners Germany, Netherlands, Nordics and others, we will keep pushing on making these packages relevant for Ukrainian needs," said Støre. - 04/15/2026.
