Newsom Gets MAJOR WIN in Defamation Lawsuit against Fox "News" - Legal AF
In breaking news, a Delaware Superior Court Judge has DENIED Fox "News'" motion to dismiss California Governor Gavin Newsom's $787 million dollar defamation case against it, alleging that Fox anchors including Jesse Waters LIED about Newsom and the timing of a call he had with Trump on purpose and with actual malice.
