Popok updates on the new emergency injunction suit filed to stop Trump from painting the Historic Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool blue, as Trump has a morning social media "rager" over press reports that he lied about the cost of painting (but not structurally fixing) the pool by about 6x. In the meantime, Fed Judge Nichols has issued a new order that puts the case on a fast track, starting today.
