Donald Trump's $1.776 billion slush fund for Jan. 6th rioters and cronies is even worse than it looks. The five-member panel choosing the recipients of taxpayer money will be chosen by Trump's criminal defense attorney turned Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche. Trump can remove them at any time for any reason.
