It’s true but you fail to accept it. Why would someone vote for a person that was responsible for the deaths of more than a million people in this country during his first term because of his incompetence and vote him back into office? It’s not an oops my bad situation, it’s because of white supremacy. The problem with white Americans is the were told all of their lives the lie that they were superior to minorities and they really have found out that it was a lie but they continue to disbelieve it because white racist politicians continue to push that narrative.

I've said this over & over.
Some of his supporters get pissed when you say it but that's all it is.
When Obama was President that struck something deep & dark in a lot of people. Including one's I thought were liberal.

It's also the number of people who are accustomed to giving white males dedicated to the preservation of white male privilege all the passes, all the credit, and none of the blame. Republicans are falsely perceived as better at economic and foreign policy because that's what the image of a room full of white men suggests to a lot of people. Meanwhile, those same people get a little uneasy when they see a room full of women and POC because their minds have been poisoned to doubt a group that looks like that is fully competent. It's the story of America.
