Being a senior isn't the near-death sentence it used to be.

I live in a sprawling retirement community in Florida. There are 12,000 of us in Kings Point.

Here, the women outnumber the men in both body count and energy.

So, there's more sex than in decades past, but not that much more!

Given the availability of Viagra (and Blue chew, Ro sparks, Ciallis), at this age, penile erections are no longer the limiting factor.

It makes me feel a little more optimistic about the future. I've seen other people basically spend their days doing nothing for decades until they die. To hell with that!

I sure hope they are allowed to decorate the outside with no HOA bothering them. Being identical is a plus for seniors. As big as it looked one could be going around forever looking for home.
