Federal Judge OPENS The FLOOD GATES to Trump & Musk Operation - Legal AF
In breaking news, a federal judge for the first time declares that Musk and DOGE are likely "federal agencies" subject to public records (aka FOIA) requests, meaning all of their nefarious communications and documents about their cutting funding and workers and invading the public's privacy with records access, is closer to spilling out into the open.
Michael Popok explains why this being the first time a Court has found this is so important, as it sets up the battle to the Supreme Court as to whether Musk is a "mere adviser" that is subject to Executive Privilege shielding him and DOGE from making their records public, or they are not. - 03/12/2025.
