State Department Staff Are Miserable Working Under Marco Rubio. 'Peak Trumpism': State Department staffers furious at demands under Rubio. At the same time he is proposing massive layoffs at the State Department, Secretary of State Marco Rubio is pushing staffers to work longer hours and push out more propaganda to polish the image of Donald Trump.

According to a report from the Washington Post, the former senator from Florida is facing an internal revolt as "morale craters" six months after the Trump administration took charge and the workforce is "exasperated and embittered" at the demands being made of them knowing many of them are going to be laid off. - 06/28/2025.

Oh, and the same goes for the rest of the buffoon Administration we’re suffering under - totally inept and leading us down the path of the destruction of our Constitution - with smiles on their faces.

We’re in it for the long haul now because this mess is still gearing up and we Democrats seem powerless to stop it. Bluster and shock headlines don’t solve problems. Action does. What kind of action? We lost the House, Senate, Judiciary, and Executive branches. Spitting into the wind seems to be our only recourse at the present time. We need a JFK right now to mobilize the party well ahead of the mid-terms. We need a strong, convincing and fearless leader to unite the party because outrageous headlines won’t stop the path of destruction that Republicans aspire to.
