I think it will survive. EO's are not constitutional and they know it but do not care.

However, much depends on the Supreme Court. The Constitution says nothing more or less than whatever SCOTUS says it says.

If the current court endorses Trump’s take on the unitary executive theory and decides that birthright citizenship does not apply to children of “illegals,” then the Constitution is toast.
