As is China, which has the largest wind-energy capacity in the world with more than 120 wind farms and more under construction. This is readily available knowledge and yet the Orange Windbag just keeps lying.

He's the world's most accomplished conman and lying is second (first) nature to him. He's I'll and declining, drunk on power and can't fake sanity for more than a few minutes at a time. Whomever is propping him up and giving him instructions/information has to not only kiss his ass 24/7 but massaging that insatiable ego can't be based in truth. He didn't know Medicaid was being cut? Holy shit.
