Maybe you have information from elsewhere that supports the claim that she cast an illegal vote?

The narrator indeed says several times "they" voted for, and she is described as supporting trump.
It is implied she is part of the " they" but not not specifically stated.

I'm assuming that if she did in fact vote illegally, that that would have been added to the charges against her.
