Moe Davis, a retired Air Force Colonel and JAG lawyer knows how to fight for what's right. When he was ordered by the Bush administration to use evidence in military commission prosecutions that was obtained via waterboarding - a form of torture - he refused and resigned as the chief prosecutor for the military commissions.
