...because Maxwell was being actively prosecuted. Even now, with her appeal, releasing those files might not be legal.

And the DOJ didn't FUBAR Trump's top secret document case. That was Aileen Cannon, a corrupt judge still sitting on the bench.

And none of this would be an issue if American voters hadn't voted for a con man in 2024.
