Trump Will NOT Rewrite History: The True Patriots of January 6th! - Glenn Kirschner
History will accurately reflect that the men and women of law enforcement are the true heroes of January 6, 2021.
Donald Trump pardoned the rioters who attacked the U.S. Capitol on January 6th, rioters who had been lied to about stolen votes and rigged elections.
By pardoning those who attacked and assaulted police officers, Trump made clear that he doesn't back the blue. He backs those who beat the blue.
One of the heroes of January 6th is Metropolitan Police Department Officer Daniel Hodges. Officer Hodges is still patrolling the streets of the District of Columbia, even while Trump fabricates a crime emergency and militarizes the streets of Washington, DC.
And Officer Hodges is STILL fighting for what's right, filing a lawsuit to force Rep. Mike Johnson to comply with a federal law that requires a plaque honoring the members of law enforcement who saved democracy on January 6th to be displayed in the U.S. Capitol, a federal law Johnson is violating to this very day in HIS determination to rewrite history.
