During a briefing, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that despite Hungary blocking Ukraine’s EU accession process, “on our part, no steps toward dialogue have ever been stopped.” The President emphasized that he is ready to meet with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban on this issue: “We are ready to meet with Orban, to discuss what else they are dissatisfied with and how else we can help so that they are finally satisfied.” He also stressed that there is already unanimity on the issue of Ukraine’s future membership in the European Union.
