Because he would have to appear in court and answer to the charges that his
reputation is already ruined by his own words, actions, and settled law such as
the E. Jean Carroll case.

Btw why the fuck isn’t he in prison for all his crimes?

We executed two people called the Rosenbergs for doing what he did with America’s
top secrets and another Former FBI Agent Robert Hansen, just died in the Colorado
Federal Super Max Prison for the same thing.
