rather than wait four years for the slim chance that he might be president.

I think he would be a decent president. I also thought Hillary Clinton and Kamala Harris would have been good presidents, but the majority of voters in The Only States That Count(tm) thought that actual qualifications didn't matter as much as being a swaggering orange media personality with a few catch phrases.
