its only champagne if it comes from France. He probably rebottles sparkling wine.

I'm not a wine snob but I think our are as good if not better than Europe's. People forget the US vines saved their vineyards. In Ny State a variety of locations produce some of the finest wines. I live a few miles from Americans's Oldest Winery, they produce a Wold class Riesling. The bring in grapes from South america.
