Yes senator, Medicare like any other program could be subject to efforts to make it less costly and more efficient. Sadly your party has no idea how that might be done. Your party wants to hurt people and destroy things. The more pain and destruction the happier you will be. Ya know easy stuff which doesn’t take planning and execution. Something your party knows nothing of. You guys are good at the easy stuff?
