repair and maintenance things I used to. Yes major appliances could see a jump along with everything. I wish I had the old Sunbeam toaster we grew up with in the '40's and '50's. Used car prices will go up again also.

A Ford dealer that has ignored me for 3 years since I bought a used pickup from him called me out of the clear blue and left a message saying they'd be interested in buying it back. Tight supply and everybody knows big price increases are coming on new ones.

I'm thinking of shutting down my business and moving about 3 hours away where the rent is half what I pay now. I'm tired of fighting the hassles in business and pay high rent to live in a metro area. Smaller town living with a grocer or two, hardware store, auto parts/service places, a few restaurants and a few doctors and dentists and a hospital. Most everything a person really needs and half the rent of living in a metro area. Lower crime and easier pace of life.
