I've seen them... Wyoming too.
The oil and gas industry is increasingly exploring and adopting renewable energy sources like wind and solar to power various operations, including pumps in oil fields, according to Reuters and Energies Media.

I get the riff on the windmills, but it isn't silly to expect that some marine impact studies would be done...
