I even consider the one that came over on the Mayflower
an immigrant.

I also have one who came over from England in the
1790's and became an indentured servant. That's
my father's ancestor with the same last name,
with a respelling due to the way phonics worked for
awhile.

The Irish side came over from Limerick during the
Potato Famine.

I might have a slight tinge of native American, so
maybe I could technically call myself a native, but
I really don't think that way.

I think humans are native to each other -- no such
thing as illegal. We are all in this world together,
and we should act that way.
