Per this quote from the Fannie Mae website, it seems almost anyone may make a report. So if he is actually charged, Schiff's defense team should make a motion for discovery as to who made the report and discover if it was a "Trumped up" charge. He has the right to face his accuser(s) but they may be cowards hidden by "whistleblower" protections. Shine the lights on these cockroaches who use the justice system to promote smear campaigns just to get negative headlines and never intend to charge someone with a crime. "Just say there was fraud..."
