If you write a response back, it took several months for them to make their decision -- back before these reckless MAGA cuts! If you try to call pretty much at any time other than when they first open up, you'll often be waiting 60+ minutes and sometimes you just get a message saying that they are so busy, you need to try your call again at a later time.
