3. I agree. I hope (for their sake) that GenZs are seeking to be hired by other Gen-Z employers...

They might not find that so acceptable by Millennials, Gen-X, or Boomers.

I'd overlook it if they could write in grammatically coherent paragraphs, spell, meet deadlines, and make appropriate eye contact. I'm not trying to smear an entire generation, but those I have mentored have real issues with all of the above.
