The viability of America under the Constitution is fragile and requires people of good will to be in leadership. Its resilience has been weekend by changes such as Citizens United and Senate rules making passage of just about any legislation requiring 60 votes which are not what the Constitution intended. The GOP exploiting a system that has allowed a critical mass of Maligant Anti-Government Antibodies to attack and overwhelm it.
