If I can paraphrase Mr. One-Too-Many-Tackles-With-His-Head, what he is saying is:

God bless Jesus, Superman, and Donald Trump. He has valiantly stood up to bullets tearing his ear apart, only for the cartilage to grow back in less than a week. That proves he is anointed by God. And now, our Dear Leader is deathly ill, giving his all in the fight to the death against the radicals. Our beloved President doesn't have much left, so as he leaves, let us remember his greatness in every heroic sacrifice he has made for the country. Farewell Donald Trump. We will never forget you.
