I knew then that he could do anything & the cult would still adore him. When the Access Hollywood tape came out & almost everyone said, "He's toast." I thought, no, & I was right. Personally, I don't think the Stormy Daniels story coming out at that time the would have made a bit of difference. You are right that they want to punish people they don't like, but also to own the libs. I believe that's a HUGE part of it, which is just IMO.
