General Discussion

This morning, I met with a friend who wanted me to meet her friend. Now I don't know if she thought that telling me that she supports some asshole for president, voted for him three times, and would vote for him again was her way of telling me to take a hike or if she thought I was stupid. One of the first things I said about myself was that I am a liberal and think that DeSantis, Trump, Bondi, and the rest of our current administration sucks.
Long story short, these polls don't mean shit.

Don't get me wrong, while it's enjoyable to read them I always revert back to knowing that I'm old enough to know better.

(It is reasonable to think that she is truly a republican. Point after point totally missed their marks - everything from immigration to taxes to healthcare lacked any compassion and understanding. There is nothing any of us can do to make the miserable good natured.)
