Bottom line, it's a despicably heinous act to impose work requirements on people who, by virtue of their age, are more likely to need Medicaid, may have medical issues that preclude or may make employment more difficult, and then shut down an agency whose purpose is to find placement for these individuals,

as if it isn't already difficult for people above a certain age to find a job. There IS no defence for this kind of shit.
