So, it wasn't Trump. Might have been Epstein, but it's an anagram that would simple befuddle most people.

While most people understand that enigma is some sort of puzzle, very few know the word "gamine.' Very few people would use "enigma" in a spoken or written sentence.

So, I'm not sure about the interpretation here.
