I wish they would stop saying President Obama has immunity [View all]

Unless a legal scholar here wants to correct me and I hope they do, but I’m pretty sure the corrupt Supreme Court said a president has immunity as long as it’s determined that the act was a part of their official duties. Guess who gets to decide whether an act was a part of official duties ultimately, yep the corrupt supreme court.

In what universe is this Supreme Court gonna let Obama claim immunity on anything ever regardless of whether he was doing an official act.

Asking the local legal experts, isn’t that condition in the decision? If it is it was put there for a couple of reasons and one of them was to use it against any democratic president.

And remember not only is immunity unconstitutional but any indictment against President Obama will be fabricated, it will be lies, so they will make up a version of their lies that is not him doing it as an official act
