The only way out of the new America is forward, not backward. I can't imagine any leadership that can both be aggressive enough to pull the fascist roots and mealy enough to not even be able to give a "we might have differences but the party has spoken" endorsement.

At least do an Abe Lincoln and say "I can't spare this man, he fights"

And yes, I'm a native New Yorker (at least 11 generations), and I understand that there's pain bringing new groups into the Dem tent and always has been, but here we are.
