We know they won't use any excuse to deport him again and that is the problem the courts are dealing with. They say he is entitled to his day in court under due process and he is suing the Trump government because of it. I am wondering if they will drop those charges now because they don't have much chance of convicting him, as the judges have already said and now they can't deport him without the due process.
