The MAL website says it has a spa, and who knows what was there 20+ years ago, which is what this is really about.
Again, as was discussed yesterday, you are falling into a confirmation bias trap, only believing sources that provide the conclusions you wish to hear.

Theoretically, a "spa" could be just a room near the pool that has a massage table in it.
