According to this doctor after a tent area would be bombed the drones would descend to hover above the area and if the drone operator saw someone laying on the ground they would shoot them. So if you survived the bombing and were somehow blown out into the open or managed to struggle out of the rubble then you would hear the drones overhead and it might be the last thing you hear.
