He said this about deploying troops to Chicago this morning: "I have the right to do anything I want to do. I'm the president of the United States."
He said that confidently to a cowed and yes, useless press.
I know that we are exhausted and overwhelmed. But this is not a rehearsal, gang. This is happening.
