Republican in a very short time, and it's been that case for a while now. Meanwhile, the Overton window is so far to the right in this country that many Democrats are terrified of being seen as even slightly left of center. The good old double standard.

It's an incredibly laughable accusation and obvious projection. I guarantee you'll never, ever see a mainstream Democrat with any real authority ever say anything to the effect of "Let's imprison/kill every single Republican!", as Miller is not-so-subtly suggesting here. Fascists are the mainstream of the GQP and have been for at least a fucking decade now, ever since the mask was taken off.
