Personally, if Trump resisted removal, and I was a Democrat in Congress, I would vote to keep him in power. The Republicans would only bring it to a vote if they were desperate to get him gone because he was severely damaging the party's ability to remain in power. I wouldn't want them to put Vance in the Oval Office, and continue on with business as usual, without the deranged lunatic's daily ranting and raving.
If he's in a coma, then all that's needed is Vance and a majority of Trump's cabinet.
If the decision is made to remove Trump, he could be "helped" into a coma.
