You've suffered over a million casualties in Ukraine. You're more or less out of tanks, APCs, your best artillery, your best soldiers, and have a navy that is laughable. Your air force has to hide deep inside Russia to keep Ukraine from destroying it. Ukraine has taken out a sizeable portion of your oil refining.

Any try for Paris is highly likely to end at the Polish border. When Poland finishes off your pathetic invasion force...well, then it gets ugly.

Of course, you could try nuking Paris. Try. Between Russian maintenance and Western defenses, that will almost certainly fail. It may provoke a nuclear response from the West, which will end Russia for good as any sort of world power.
