SCOTUS made the ruling that gave the president immunity from prosecution late in Biden’s presidency. If you recall, many were calling on him to use that ruling to break the law, which he did not do. The notion hadn’t been postulated for Clinton, Obama, or anyone prior to Joe Biden.
