Make it so Medicare and insurance companies do not have to pay for vaccines and many other medical treatments.

He can prevent vaccines from going forward, he can more or less get rid of vaccines and he will.

He believes preventive healthcare and cancer screening is “woke“ so there will be no more of that unless you pay for it out-of-pocket which will be prohibitive for most people.
