and the R's of Texas are basically giving the middle finger to their voters, and passing it with NO
Texas Voter input. Schwarzenegger dismisses this, and says, no matter, we have to Take the High-Road.

2) Newsom and the CA Dems, have offered to shelve the initiative if Texas does likewise,
Schwarzenegger, again, dismisses this, and says, we have to Take the High-Road.
